Plastic 11 lines collector ring for center pivot irrigation system

Installation:

The collector ring is installed on the center pivot irrigation frame,consists of rotation part and fixation part.The rotatry structure of rotating prt connected device called "roter:,the fixed part installed on the bracket of the equipment,called "stator"

The "rotar" is fixed through the G1" threaded hole or the G 1/2" threaded hole on the base side.The "stator" is installed on the base through the mouting shaft G1"

Maintenance:

1. The center piovt collect ring's working temperature:-40℃~+80℃

2. Do not operated the device over the rated voltage and current.

3. Please replace the carbon brush when it is weared more than 1/4 of the original length,

4. Please grease the injection nozzle regularly to prolong the life of bearing.
